Keys should be picked up at our office located at 208 Main Street in the Ocean Drive Section of North Myrtle Beach. Entering North Myrtle Beach from the north turn left toward the ocean onto Main Street or from the south turn right. Our office is on the left between Fat Harold's Beach Club and Hot Diggity Dogz hotdog stand.

Check in time is 4 pm or later and check out time is 11 am or earlier (no exceptions). Late checkouts are subject to a $50.00 an hour late fee. Late arrival checkins are available with advance notice. ANY BALANCE DUE MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS OF KEY PICKUP. Monday thru Saturday, the office opens at am and closes at 6 pm January thru September and opens at 9 am and closes at 5 pm October thru December. Sundays the office opens at 1 pm and closes at 5 pm year round. the office is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. For late check-ins, call our office before closing time on the day of your scheduled arrival. Telephone numbers are 843-249-1481 or 800-248-1481.

Rental week is Saturday to Saturday in most units. Call for Sunday to Sunday units. We rent strictly to families. No house party groups. Should a group attempt to occupy a property, they will be immediately evicted and forfeit all rent and security deposit. The person making the reservation will be responsible for all legal fees concerning this situation.

No pets allowed. Any pet found in or around any unit will result in a $150.00 charge and will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rents paid along with any damages that resulted because of the pet. This rule is checked and strictly enforced.

Most units are considered non-smoking however we cannot guarantee that non-smoking units are smoke free.

A deposit of half of the rent is due within 2 weeks of making the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. This may be done by check, VISA or MASTERCARD, travelers checks or other certified funds. ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT ARRIVAL unless you stay is for a minimum of 1 month.

If a reservation is CANCELLED and TRIP INSURANCE has been purchased, renter will need to contact the insurance company to start the claim process. WITHOUT TRIP INSURANCE NO MONEY will be refunded unless the unit is re-rented for the SAME TIME. In that case only a $28.00 service charge will be deducted from the monies received.

We cannot guarantee air conditioner or appliance breakdowns. If a problem should arise with equipment in a unit, or if pools, elevators, disruption of utility services (including phone and cable) or other common features should close for reasons including cleaning or maintenance during your visit, a refund on rent will NOT be made. We do guarantee that repairs will be made as soon as possible. McMillan Realty personnel or representatives shall have the right to enter the property at reasonable hours to make timely repairs or inspections. If a service call is made and entry is refused, the renter will be liable for the service call fees.

Many refrigerators are left open during cleaning. It can take as long as 12 hours before food will cool and return to a medium temperature. If you fill it with warm groceries and continually open the refrigerator door, it will take longer than 12 hours. Please check your refrigerator upon arrival, it should be set at a medium temperature. If the temperature is turned to a high setting, it will cause the coils to freeze up. Please DO NOT turn temperature up above medium.

Construction of new attractions and accommodations often occurs in resort areas. We cannot make rate adjustments or rebates for inconvenience due to construction, road repair, work done to outside of properties, etc.

Each condominium is individually owned. Price variations may occur. Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Upon confirmation, the unit is off the market to anyone else; therefore the advance deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented at the full rental rate. It is sometimes possible to move renter to another week with the same unit.

McMillan Realty is not responsible for items left in the property. Items found in properties that are not claimed within 14 days after departure may be donated to local charities. Items found and returned to renter will be subject to a $15.00 fee to locate item and to take to Post Net. They will package and charge renter for the mailing of items.

If you are locked out during normal business hours, come by our office for another key. After hours, call our office and the answering service will assist you. If a locksmith is necessary, renter will be responsible for the payment to the locksmith for services rendered.

We DO NOT recommend sofa sleepers for adult use. Nor can we guarantee their comfort. We cannot give a refund due to their discomfort.

All keys and pool passes must be returned to the office at check-out or a fee of up to $10.00 per key and $10.00 per pool pass will be taken from security deposit or billed to renter if renter had the Peace of Mind Protection.

All renters are required to pay the departure maid services. This charge varies according to the size of the unit. The housekeepers do a surface cleaning between all renters. Owners may do their own spring cleaning or have realty do a more thorough cleaning in the off season. It is the renters responsibility to wash all dishes, dry and put them back in their places before their departure and to take out all garbage. Any excessive cleaning requirements that we deem necessary in accordance with the South Carolina Lodging Establishment Act will also be either deducted from the security deposit or billed to renter if necessary. If you discover that your unit has not been cleaned, please report it to us immediately and we will make all efforts to resolve the problem. CHECK OUT TIME IS NOT the time to inform us about these problems. WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR UNIT CLEANLINESS.

Fireworks and Grilling on balconies are illegal within the city limits. Grilling on balconies will be subject to forfeiture of the security deposit.

More than the maximum occupancy in any unit is strictly prohibited.

A non-refundable processing fee of $38.00 is required on all reservations.

Tax rates are subject to change and renters are responsible for taxes in effect at check in date.

Campers, trailers, boats, motor homes, ATV's motorcycles, high-rise vans, busses, luggage carriers and over-size vehicles are not allowed in the parking areas.

Linens are not provided, but may be rented thru Vacation Equipment Rental Company. If you have not rented linens you may wish to bring sheets, pillowcases, dish towels, pot holders, hand and bath towels, wash cloths, and bath mats. Also, beach towels and chairs for use on the beach. Soap and tissue are not provided.

Rental unit contents, including blankets, bedspreads and deck furniture may not be taken to the beach or pool. Beach towels or blankets may not be hung from balconies or railings or draped on porch furniture. At properties with swimming pools, decks are provided for sunbathing. Sitting or lying on the grass is prohibited. Sea gulls may not be fed from balconies or pool decks.

Renter is responsible for leaving stove, oven and coffee maker off and for leaving all doors and windows locked and secured at departure.

For no money down, you may tentatively reserve your unit for the same time next year. Owners have top priority, followed by this year's renter. If you have not completed your blue request card by check out time, the unit may be reserved by anyone on a first come, first serve basis. Please note confirmation or the tentative reservation is subject to establishment of rates, rental seasons, availability and other factors beyond the control of the agent.

Long distance phone calls placed from rental units, should be made collect or charged to other numbers or to credit cards.

PRIVACY POLICY:
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
